APPAREL PRODUCTION
Established in 1995 in Izmir, Turkey, Akcakaya Textile is a leading clothing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality garments for women, men, children, and babies, crafted from premium knitted fabrics. Our extensive product range includes short and long-sleeve T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Cardigans, Poloshirts, Tops, Vests, Tracksuits, Pants, Joggers, Shorts, Rompers, and Sleepwear.
Design
We have an in-house design team that works closely with our clients to develop and offer new designs. We can sketch your ideas and offer technical drawing services and specification sheets.
Pattern Development
We are using the latest technology CAD Systems for pattern making and size gradings. We either create the patterns based on the specs provided or work on an existing fit sample.
Sampling
For each order we create a prototype for your approval, allowing you to test and refine the functionality of your design. Once your samples have been approved, we will commence bulk manufacture.
Fabric, Trims & Accessory sourcıng
We handle sourcing different types of fabrics, trims, accessories, custom labels and swing tags.
BULK PRODUCTION & qc
Bulk manufacture takes place on our production line, where all items are handmade and quality checked throughout. Quality checks also take place in the finishing stages, before your items are packaged for delivery.
Delivery
Once your order is complete and has been quality checked for a final time, it is approved for delivery via our network of reliable global couriers.
